shipmanagement and sales &purchase. He also takes the responsibility
as General Manager of Uni-Asia Shipping Limited and Uni Ships and
Management Limited. Prior to joining Uni-Asia, Mr Hata has 18 years’
extensive shipping experience both in Japan andHongKong, including15
yearswithSojitzCorporation(formerlyknownasNisshoIwaiCorporation),
amajor Japanese trading firm, specializing insales&purchase, chartering
and project development, and two years with Univan Ship Management
Limited, specializing in third party ship management. Mr Hata graduated
with a bachelor’s degree from College of Liberal Arts, International
ChristianUniversity,Tokyo,Japan,in1997.
Ms. Kam Siu Lin was appointed as the senior assistant to the chairman
and CEO responsible for the distressed asset investment and property
investment inPRC inDecember 1998. Shehas extensivenetworks inPRC,
especiallyinGuangdong,Beijing,ShanghaiandHongKong.
Ms. Kam started her banking career at Hokkaido Takushoku Bank in
March 1985 and was appointed as a chief representative of Guangzhou
representativeofficeofthebankin1994andafterwards.Sheiscurrentlya
directorofUni-AsiaGuangzhouPropertyManagementCo.,Ltd. Sheisalso
responsibleforpropertyinvestmentbusinessinHongKong.
Ms Ally Chiu joined our Company in Feb 2012. Based in Hong Kong, she
is responsible for the Group’s shipping activity, particularly in Chartering
and Operation. Prior to joining Uni-Asia, Ms Allyworkedwith ship-owning
firm(Sincere Industrial Corp., Taiwan) during1996 - 2011andship-broker
house(MaxmartShipping&TradingCo.Ltd.,Taiwan)during1994-1996.
MsChiugraduatedwithabachelor’sdegreeinShippingandTransportation
ManagementfromNationalTaiwanOceanUniversityin1994.
