Miscellaneous :: Notification Pursuant to Rule 704(11) of the Listing Manual

Pursuant to Rule 704(11) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, the Board of Directors of Uni-Asia Finance Corporation ("the Company") wishes to confirm that there are no persons occupying managerial positions in the Company or any of its principal subsidiaries who are relatives of a Director or Chief Executive Officer or substantial shareholder of the Company.
