The "Capital Amount - New" listed under "Additional Details" below is derived by adding the maximum gross proceeds (represented by the New Shares Issued of 5,420,720 multiplied by Offer Price of SGD1.08 converted to USD at an exchange rate of SGD1.3551/USD) to the amount listed under "Capital Amount - Old". |
