The Board is pleased to announce that 5,420,720 Placement Shares have been allotted and issued on 4 April 2019. Following the completion of the Placement, the total number of issued Shares has increased from 46,979,280 Shares to 52,400,000 Shares. Please see attachment for more information. The Company has on 2 April 2019 received approval in-principle from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited for the listing and quotation of the Placement Shares. Please see attachment for further information. The Company's registered share capital is in United States Dollars ("USD"). The "Capital Amount - New" listed under "Additional Details" below is derived by adding the maximum gross proceeds (represented by the New Shares Issued of 5,420,720 multiplied by Offer Price of SGD1.08 converted to USD at an exchange rate of SGD1.3551/USD) to the amount listed under "Capital Amount - Old". |
