The structure of our group and the principal business activities of the members of our group are set out above. Our group structure set out above does not include our direct equity investment in ship / property holding companies.
Our Position
We are a unique platform for alternative investment, which is derived from financial expertise coupled with asset operating capabilities, such as hotel operations and ship management. Simultaneously, we are a one-stop financial service provider that provides various financial products in relation to ship related finance and property related finance. In short, we work as a bridge between investors and alternative assets.
Our Strength
The management team have extensive experience in the structured finance industry as well as in the shipping and property industries. We have a good understanding of the industry requirements and possess a client-driven focus and an established investment strategy.
We provide integrated financial services in maritime investment and property investment. While there may be competitors in each field, we believe that we are unique in our mix and focus of business.
Some of our business partners are also supporting us as our shareholders, who are in the twenty largest shareholders list. With those business partners, we can discuss about business opportunities for further development of the group. This network is one of our valuable resources to improve our corporate value.
